Attorney Arthur L. Walker
Arthur L. Walker specializes in bankruptcy and has filed thousands of bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 voluntary petitions, for clients experiencing financial difficulties in his 40 plus year career. He has filed numerous Domestic, Criminal, and Consumer Bankruptcy cases in Georgia and South Carolina. His legal experience availed him the opportunity to serve as a Magistrate Court Judge in Wadley, Georgia, and a Public Defender for the Middle Circuit of Georgia (Washington County).
Arthur is an avid advocate of organ donation and has served as a mentor to patients awaiting heart transplants who were admitted to Emory University Hospital. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and a deacon at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Sandersville, Georgia.
Born in Salem, New Jersey, and raised in Lakeland, Florida, Arthur moved to Georgia to attend Savannah State College. Upon graduating from Savannah State College, Arthur attended Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. Arthur returned to Georgia to practice law.
